Go Ahead, Be a Perfectionist: Polishing Pāramis on the Path to Enlightenment | Ajahn Nisabho

In this talk, Ajahn Nisabho speaks about the final six of the ten Pāramitā, or “Perfections”, viriya (effort), khanti (forbearance), sacca (honesty), adhiṭṭhāna (determination), mettā (benevolence), upekkhā (equipoise). Naming and orienting ourselves towards these qualities of heart allows us to broaden our conception of practice, growth, and the path.
